● Client: Any individual or entity using the Company's services.

● Services: Lead generation and related services as detailed in specific service agreements or insertion orders.

● Leads: Marketing targets provided to the Client according to the service agreements.

● Qualified Leads: Leads that meet predefined criteria specified in the service agreement or insertion order.

● Insertion Order: A document detailing specific campaign criteria, pricing, and budgeting terms.

By accessing and using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement is effective from the date of your first use and continues until terminated as outlined herein.

3.1 Lead Generation: We specialize in providing high-quality lead generation services across various industries, including insurance, financial services, home services, legal, travel, and real estate.

3.2 Marketing Solutions: Our services include live transfers, inbound calls, form fills, and website traffic generation to connect Clients with potential customers.

3.3 Customization: Services are tailored based on specific campaign criteria as outlined in the Insertion Order.

4.1 Billing Cycle: Clients are billed on a weekly cycle running from Sunday to Saturday.

4.2 Payment Terms: Invoices are due within one (1) day from the date of issuance. Late payments will incur a fee of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

4.3 Collections: Payments overdue by more than ten (10) days may result in collection procedures. Clients are responsible for all associated costs, including attorney’s fees and legal expenses.

5.1 TCPA Compliance: We adhere to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) regulations.

5.2 Do Not Call (DNC) Lists: All leads are scrubbed against DNC lists to ensure compliance.

5.3 Issue Resolution: Clients encountering issues with the quality of leads should contact our compliance team at compliance@preciseleads.com.

6.1 License: We grant Clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
